I am having a big task and I need to do research about: beIN Corporation v. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

I need an optimum answer about the legal grounds that allow Saudi Arabia to shut down BeIN Channels in its territory?

How Saudi Arabia didn't violate any laws when they did so?

Now, I have to support Saudi legal position that they have the right to do so if BeIN violate the rules by using political matters in sports channel (Saudis said).
