During an argument about the sharing of profits in a business, Lookman punches George, who falling to the ground cuts his forehead. Lookman walks off. George in an attempt to stand up bumps into Joanna who is walking past. George falls over hitting his head on the curb and looses his consciousness without Joanna noticing as she walks away in a hurry in order to meet her appointment. George is rushed to the hospital, where he is given treatment and having lost a lot of blood as a result of the cut, is given blood transfusion. He survives, but after 4 weeks dies due to a viral infection in the blood he was given.

Could you help me to discuss the liability of Lookman, Joanna, and if any, on the hospital with regards to George's injuries and death.
