Hi, good morning.. i would like to ask for suggestion regarding to the inventory shortage reason. My problem is, by the time Auditor checked the stocks, there is some stocks having shortage.. For an example, system is having 100pcs but physical counts only found 50pcs.. Due to the running transaction and also using the same stock for own use by the store people, the counting is always incorrect and I can't simply said its been misplaced or miscalculated.

Instead of giving reason of Keep In View (KIV), they said they need 1 specific reason when it comes to the report. So, can u help to suggest for the best/ most relevant reason regarding to the inventory shortage?
