I wanted to know how I will go about this idea for c programming.

Here is the assignment:

Write a simple program that allows the user to enter a number between 1 and 1000. The program will display the roman number equivalent. The program will allow the user to enter a different number or quit.

YOU CANNOT:

• Use global variables
• Use the word goto
• Use the break command outside a case statement
