Hi Helena, You ask an important question. Mental health and resiliency resources are better received when the individual opts in rather than it being forced upon them. I think that the organization should make a concerted effort to explain why it is important to them to offer the services for their workforce, minimize the barriers in accessing services, and promote a longitudinal initiative to make the benefits better received over time. In addition to the services that are offered to the individuals within their benefits package, the organization should build mental health and resiliency into the greater workplace. Making the construct seem less about a singular person and more about all of the people could also lend itself to lessening the apprehension towards the idea. What thoughts do you have on the idea? Best, Jeff
