Hi! I am having an issue with my internet. Occasionally the internet just stops working and I will have to unplug and re-plug in the router to get it to start working again. This has been going on since we started service with you about three months ago, though the service interruptions have not been as frequent as of late. Typically, when the internet goes out it lasts for around 10 minutes. I initially thought something was causing the router to become unplugged because it is situated behind a couch that presses up against it, but even moving the router to another area has not solved the issuethough as I said, it occurs less often. Any advice on solving this problem would be helpful.
