Hi I am in Business Stats and need help from chapter 3 and 4 which is on confidence interval. Here is the question: "calculate the max and the min number of employees that the manager needs to hire in order to have a 95% service level. 95% service level means being able to answer calls 95% of the time. Employees cannot work more than 8 hours per day.

Besides this question all we are provided with is an excel sheet with two columns, one being the number of minutes and the other one with the date.
