Hi, I am just wondering what happens if a shipment is delayed.

The contract between the seller and the buyer follows a 2020 Incoterm CPT agreement.

The seller does their part by giving the goods to the carrier in a designated time but due to wild weather the shipment gets delayed. The carrier also categorises half of the shipment wrong and it becomes subject to a randomised customers search.

The buyer was notified of the delay occuring.
