Hi, I am seeking the assistance of a tutor with an expertise in workplace relations , HR (Human Resources) and Applicant Recruitment and Creative Writing.

Hi, I am seeking the assistance of a tutor with an expertise in workplace relations, HR (Human Resources) and Applicant Recruitment and Creative Writing. Who is able to help me with providing an explanation of the benefits that the recruitment officer roles provide in performing a range of talent management activities and processes. I have chose three (3) initiatives and they are:

1. The recruitment effort in relation to sourcing and attracting prospective applicants to apply.

2. The selection effort in relation to conducting interviews

3. The selection effort in relation to testing job applicants.

And furthermore I need to discuss and explain two things:

  • Explain how each of your selected talent management initiatives contribute to a strategic staffing process that attracts and integrates the best people to work for the organisation.
  • Discuss any technology (and/or digitalisation and/or AI) uses that may be relevant to your chosen talent management initiative, indicating any implications or risks associated with using these technologies in the talent management process.

I am stuck on this and need an exemplar of what to put in to my discussion and how to word it. I want to make it clear that I DO- NOT intend to copy word-for-word, but just need an example. For further understanding, I have included some attachments, in descending order.

Explain how each of your selected talent management initiatives contribute to a strategic staffing process that attracts and integrates the best people to work for the organisation. Discuss any technology (and/or digitalisation and/or Al) uses that may be relevant to your chosen talent management initiative (covered in Topic 6), indicating any implications or risks associated with using these technologies in the talent management process. PART B: Written submission to Gower City Council Executives about Talent Management Part Bis to be created and submitted as individual work. Topics b, 7, 8 and 9 provide the most relevant content for Part B. |magine you work at Gower City Council in the People Portfolio Services (HR) team.
