Hi, I am studying corporate finance at the moment and I am stuck in the chapter about 'risk, cost of capital, and valuation'. I would like to get simple explanation of this chapter that covers the WACC, Cost of Debt, Cost of Capital (Covering common andpreferred stocks), Cost of Equity (How to calculate Cost of Equity with the DDM and SML Method), Firm valuation (As in explanation on how do I calculate the maximum share price) and Flotation costs.
