I am wondering what Piagetian operations the below task is testing?

Task 1. Face the child. Hold a ball of coloured playdoh in your right hand and a stick in your left hand so that the child can clearly see both. Ask the child "What have I got in my left hand?" (Record answer)

(To be clear, as you are facing the child your left and right hand will be opposite to the child)

I'm not sure whether this task is testing reversibility (The child learns that some things that have been changed can be returned to their original state. or egocentrism ( the inability to differentiate between self and other)
