Hi, I don't know where to start with this assignment and what is required of me. Could you help me? Here is the question: I have to write an essay in which I put forward arguments for or against the recognition of a basic right to be protected against the impacts of climate change in South Africa.

My essay should focus on the strength and focus areas of the existing national and international environmental law and climate change law frameworks, and should draw on the reasoning of the courts in at least three domestic (South African) and / or foreign court cases. I have to make use of scholars and scientific reports to further substantiate my LEGAL arguments. I don't know where to start and if it will be sufficient if I just discuss climate change litigation cases.
