Hi, i have a project to design a Website by a Balsamic and Axure... and i choose to design (Hospital) website for my project in (Human Computer Interaction) course.

but before that there's some point that i need to help from you please, it just three point :

1. Perform user analysis for your system by identifying the characteristics of the users, as discussed in class.
2. Make user personas (one for each category of the user).
3. Perform task analysis for your system by determining the tasks and dividing tit into sub tasks. In addition, identify the characteristics of the tasks, as discussed in class.
