Hi, I just wanted some help in identifying ethical issues that are present/raised in the following fact scenario regarding Sandra and Ali:

A student lawyer Sandra just finished speaking to her client, along with the help of an Arabic interpreter and is asking guidance from her supervisor. This is what the client interaction looked like: Ali, the client came to her because he lost his job as a kitchen hand in the local restaurant. He was reluctant to come talk to Sandra and even today looked very distressed. When asked personal information, he said he can't give any personal details because it's too dangerous for him. He said he needs Sandra to write him a letter so he can get money because he doesn't have any at the moment because his boss is a very bad man. Ali is here from Jordan on a sponsored visa as he is a chef with very high skills and came here expecting to work as a chef in a fine-dining restaurant. But when he got here, it wasn't fine dining and the accommodation he was promised was not real as well. When Sandra asked for payslips, he refused stating that his boss is a bad, criminal man and he does not want any authorities involved, just wants money to live. He just wants money and does not want immigration to know he lost his job and does not want authorities to know anything. When Sandra asks for Ali's bank details, documents and name of employer, Ali freaks out and attempts to leave, saying that his boss has criminal connections in Jordan so he cannot say anything, but he just wants $200,000 owed by his boss to eat and live because he does not have a place to stay at the moment.
