- Identify 1 traditional or 1 non-traditional leadership training method. What are your selected methods' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from an organizational perspective?

Traditional leadership can be an act of inheriting some power from the individual who held a job or office before the current holder. Traditional leadership comes near, the leader gives support, confidence, or hope to individuals to do their jobs on the condition or understanding that they with guidance, direction, and motivation. There are three types of leadership styles in different opportunities that are: autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire. A non-traditional occupation is any job or profession in which women or men consist of; be made up less than 26 percent of the workforce. An important example was women working in the automotive some see women as weak and this is a men's job there is no difference between men working in the nursing field or cosmetology careers. Traditional leadership depends on full trust or confidence in authority and control, while modern leadership gives special importance or prominence to someone that will speak or write collaboration and teamwork. Some traditional leaders expressed the possibility of also being greater or additional amount or degree to focus on all task-oriented goals, while relating to the present or recent times as opposed to the remote past leaders that may be more focused on individual- oriented goals. Contemporary leadership is focused on the lead that can encourage creativity, the action or process of innovating , and thinking out of the box. One of the advantages of traditional leadership is very successful in producing a desired or intended result in getting things done in the right way.
