commits necessary resources to the plan's success, and that it specifies measurable milestones.

Background

Global corporation Holden Evan is expanding into the spa business with a new chain of spas, called White

Gardenia spas. This new chain will open in the Northeast, and if it succeeds, will open nationally. Although the

chain will be only a small part of Holden Evan's business, the company hopes the spas will be profitable in their

own right and expose new customers to Holden Evan's beauty products.

An executive team has developed a marketing plan for the spas. As chief marketing officer (CMO), you must look

over the marketing plan in order to make sure that it is suitable, and find any flaws or omissions so that they can
