Hi I need EXCEL formula help! I just need help on the formula to find taxes owed for Valerie. Since Valerie is False for disable, I think we would just use the first table. Would tax rates just be cells D5:I5? Then income brackets would be C6:I10.

So to find the formula, I think I would use an "IF" and possibly an "AND" in it? But I don't know how to put the stuff inside :/ Please help. Thank you in advance. Also not sure what to categorize this question as so I'm putting it in accounting... If it shouldn't be in accounting please let me know where I should categorize it. Thank you again.
