I need help figuring out where I am going to be getting my 20 pairs of data from for my research report (what is in each pair, i.e. what is the scale of measurement?).

Using the following information.

Hypothesis: Higher levels of stress during COVID-19 would be positively associated with the total cost of purchases on buying online necessities.

Measurement Scales of the Data: These measures are going to be on ordinal scales. For the E-commerce purchasing sales I will be measuring in terms of the amount spent on items bought on a continuous scale.

Sample Size: I will be using a sample size of 100 participants.

Time Period:

I will be using a time period of 1 year prior to the beginning of COVID-19, as there would be more duration of the pandemic's impact on consumer behavior during that time.
