Hi, I need help with my civil dispute resolution homework.

I just wanted to know that when filling out a N265 form, there are three lists to complete, the first list is allowing documents to be disclosed and inspected; the second section does not allow inspection; and the third section, documents cannot be disclosed as the claimant no longer has it.

So my question is say there is a dispute happening and the claimant offers the defendant a settlemnet offer and the defendant declines the offer, would this document of settlement and rejection document have to be disclosed in part 1 of the N265 form to allow the court to inspect it?
