Hi, I need help with my civil litigation homework. I have analysed an expert's report (defendant's expert) and there many things wrong with the report Many things that could amount to professional misconduct. I am arguing on behalf of the Claimant and my question is should I report the expert to the expert's professional body or should I leave it as someone else will potentially do the same thing during the proceedings?

Would it be more helpful to my client, who is the Claimant, to do nothing or to report the expert now?
