Hi, I need help with my civil litigation homework. I have analysed an expert's report and there many things wrong with the report, many things that could amount to professional misconduct. My question is should I make an interim application asking the court to order that the expert evidence is inadmissible? Is that something an interim application could lead to and what are the chances I could succeed in getting the order?
