Hi, I need help with my civil litigation homework. I have analysed an expert's report and there many things wrong with the report, many things that could amount to professional misconduct. My question is should I say that the expert should be reported to the professional body for professional misconduct, or should I leave it as someone else will potentially do it at some stage of the proceedings?
