Hi, I need help with my civil litigation homework. I have analysed an expert's report (defendant's expert) and there many things wrong with the report, many things that could amount to professional misconduct. My question is should I say that the defendant should be given a deadline by which they should correct the errors in the report and apply for the court's permission to use the expert's amended report, or should say the expert should be reported straight away for professional misconduct?
