Hi I need help with the following assignment. I don't know how to write a damage control memo.

Marketing professionals must effectively communicate during a moment of crisis. Imagine that you are a member of the administrative team of a marketing company.

You are assigned by the executive team to help determine an external marketing strategy to communicate and address a crisis at hand and map out the company's course correction efforts. You are also assigned to recommend a strategy to facilitate internal change within the organization that will prevent a similar marketing crisis in the future.

Conduct an Internet search using the key words "unethical marketing scandals" and select a scandal or crisis for the purpose of this assignment.

The memo should be directed to the executive team and in the memo I must:

• Assess the scandal or crisis at hand and include an applicable reference.
• Determine an external marketing strategy to communicate and address the crisis at hand and map out the company's course correction efforts.
• Recommend a strategy to facilitate internal change within the organization that will prevent a similar marketing crisis from happening in the future.
