The city corporation does not have any policy to prohibit such garbage disposals, but all garbage gets cleared every week on Monday night at 2 am. Suppose each agent has the exact same preferences, Ui (b, g) = b + 31/2 , where g is the amount of garbage on that corner, and b represents money value of all other goods. Each of them could have $500 per day, when their back entry/exit is not blocked at all. Each of them are facing the same cost, $150 per day, for hiring someone to collect and move all garbage immediately. Explain the existence of an efcient solution, and if a solution exists, explain the optimal solution with all relevant details and calculation
