Hi, I study towards a Chartered manager degree (level 6 - last year) and struggle with evidence for my portfolio and related exam. How should I go about this, please?

Task in general

Identify service/organisational improvements and opportunities for innovation and growth, using qualitative and quantitative analysis of information and data and benchmarking against others.

Sub-section that needs answering:

Analysed and benchmarked two or more sources of information and data against two or more organisations.

The evidence you need here relates to skills, demonstrating how you have analysed and benchmarked data.

Note that benchmarking can be qualitative (for example, how do we organise this compared to others?) as well as quantitative (what do our indicator scores look like when compared to others?).

The data you have analysed and benchmarked against two other sources and two or more organisations (for example social media hits, online reviews, patient comments, ONS surveys), can be used to generate ideas for improvement, innovation or growth. (Our company is in structural steel so not really active online, hence I struggle find connection for the analysis).

I have an access to Amadeus database where I can generate annual financial reports for any company and, perhaps, compare their financial results for last few years but I am not sure what to focus on and how to compare data.

And I do not have any idea for second example.
