I want to know which is the law applicable in this case in Australia, i am studing in this case so I need more information about how to give a memoradum of advice in this case.

I would like to mention any reference in my memorandum related with the case Gould Mining Pty Ltd and Better Workers Pty Ltd . it is a assessment for my subject so I really need mention any reference that it can related with the case, any law related with the contract or related with the tort that I can read and reference in my assessment.
