The service recovery paradox says that if a company fails to deliver a service in a way that is satisfactory to the customer, and the customer becomes dissatisfied, the company then has an opportunity to correct the mistake for future customers and actually gain market share even if the original customer never gets satisfaction.
For sure. The service recovery paradox says that when a customer is dissatisfied due to a company failing in their service the company then has an opportunity to make things right. If the company does a great job fixing the problem, the dissatisfied customer can actually end up happier than if there was no failure in the first place.

The service recovery paradox says that in some cases, a service provider can fail in their delivery to a customer, which causes the customer to become dissatisfied, and then actually gain new customers as a result of the original dissatisfied customer complaining. It can be sort of like free advertising.
