A company wants to estimate the proportion of its employees that own a work laptop since the pandemic though a 95% confidence interval. We selected from a very large population of N people, a sample of 226 people to conduct this estimation. We noted that 196 of those 226 own a work laptop. Determine the upper bound of the 95% confidence interval of the proportion of workers who own a laptop in the population.
