Hi I'm currently writing a project management plan for a Company Relocation project and I'm a bit stuck on what to write under Quality Management, they've given me a description for what it involves which is: 'Quality planning involves identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them. It is important to perform quality planning during the planning process and should be done alongside the other project planning processes (i.e., time planning, risk planning, etc.) What quality checks did you adopt? [E.g., audit, tests]'

If I can get some guidance on this, would really appreciate it!
