Hi! I'm having trouble with two questions in my environmental research class. Question one is making the table, but I'm unsure of what numbers I put where in excel. Can someone explain these to me:

1. Joe measured the pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) levels of five streams affected by mine drainage in Colorado. Stream A had a pH of 4.2 and DO of 5.6 mg/L. Stream B had a pH of 3.6 and DO of 4.5 mg/L. Stream C had a pH of 5.5 and DO of 6.3 mg/L. Stream D had a pH of 2.1 and DO of 3.4 mg/L. Stream E had a pH of 1.6 and DO of 2.9 mg/L.

How can I make a table to present Joe's data?

4. Luis collected population data on wolves in Montana's Candy Mountain pack to determine if the population is increasing in size, remaining at its current number, or decreasing in size since the wolves were de-listed as an endangered species. He counted the number of females that are less two years old (not sexually mature), two to six years old (reproductive prime), and greater than six years old (no longer reproducing). He collected the following data:
