Hi im on my 3rd assihnment on the MA module implementing stratergies and im struggloing to get the assignment going.

the brief is as follows:-

1. A Reportanalysing International strategy, particularly Porter's Diamond.
2. Explore and evaluate international entry strategies i.e., Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances.
3. Reflecting on what you have done in assignment 1 and 2, apply these strategies in practice to the organisation you selected.

Recommend the best strategy for this organisation, reflect about what you did in assignments 1&2 in your consideration.
