Hand in only one solution per group. Question 1 (3 Points) The current price of a stock is $94, and 3-month European call options with a strike price of $95 currently sell for $4.70. An investor who feels that price of the stock will increase is trying to decide between buying 100 shares and buying 2,000 call options (=20 contracts). Both strategies involve an investment of $9,400. What advice would you give? How high the stock price has to rise for option strategy to be more profitable? Question 2 (3 Points) Three European put options on a stock have the same expiration date and strike prices of $55, $60, and $65. The premiums of the put options are $3, $5, and $8, respectively.
