PART ONE

Select an ineffective manager that you have experienced. Provide information about what made this individual ineffective as a manager. Be sure to include:

a) How they explained their expectations of your position.

b) The manner in which they asked you to do tasks.

c) How they provided direction or support.

d) What kind of performance feedback they provided.

e) How their feedback made you feel.

f) How your attitude, performance, and behavior changed as a result of their feedback.

g) How long you kept the job.
