Hi my name is Kim Favre. I am pursing my bachelor's degree in business management. I am a LPN an work crazy hours. I work in endoscopy at a local hospital part time and my main job is at an organ proccurement agency recovering tissue. It's such a rewarding job as I get to meet a lot of donor or recipient families and it makes me feel like I'm making a difference. I have taken some leadership courses in the past but I hope to just fine tune my skills. My strengths for leadership is that I see the whole picture and delegate well. My weakness is when friends are on my team, they don't take me serious as a leader
