Hi, my name is Tia Long. I am a military veteran who served in the Army for twenty years. I started as a dental assistant and worked my way up to a practice manager and supervisor. During this time, I earned a BS in Psychology from Upper Iowa. After retiring from the military, I learned a new trade and became a cosmetic tattoo artist. I currently tattoo eyebrows as a hobby and decided to get my MBA to learn more about making it into a business. This is my 5th graduate course, and I'm pacing myself to finish my MBA by 2025. I currently live in Germany with my husband and eleven-year-old son. We spend a lot of time traveling around Europe. I'm interested in this course to increase my understanding of bargaining agreements, laws, and unions. I hope everyone has a great course, and I look forward to communicating with you all
