According to "Can you Irust your Law Firm d" what could prevent a company trom punishing it's lawyers? A company might not sue because of fear that the lawyers will insist the law- breaking was management's fault, not theirs. Special legal protections from the state bar organization may give the lawyer immunity. The attorneys may have bribed the judge. The company will worry that the lawyers will "out-lawyer" them.
