Hi need help with this Group Member Contribution Ratings. I'm having problems putting thoughts into words for my teammates. Below are the scores I've rated them respectively. I've already done person A and B but I'm having a hard time writing the rest of my teammates. (Could a tutor help with writing more constructive criticism for Person C and D.) Info: Person C did not contribute equitably and fairly to the overall group presentation, including team meetings, content preparation, recordings. She doesn't attend all of the meetings and she contributes minimally. She only does her parts but then its sloppy and out of tangent with the main points the team and I have highlighted and explained. Also she doesn't read the group messages pertaining to her parts and when we're holding meetings. Person D did not contribute equitably and fairly to the overall group presentation, including team meetings, content preparation, recordings.She doesn't attend all the meetings and she contributes the least. Majority of the time she's silent and only does her parts too but again its off tangent with our presentations main focus and points.
