Thanks ormula: Cost of Equity (Ke) = (Dividend per share * (1 + Growth rate)) / Market price per share Dividend per share = 0.90 (90 cents) Growth rate = 0.13 (13%) Market price per share = R4 Ke = (0.90 * (1 + 0.13)) / 4 Ke = 0.279 or 27.9%
