Hi , please assist :

Read below case study and answer the questions that follow:

Tom Daring had been employed by a national CPA firm for the last several years. Recently, Tom was discharged for failing to pass the CPA test after several attempts. The CPA firm was satisfied with his performance, but company policy prohibited the retention of anyone who could not be licensed as a certified public accountant.

Tom holds a degree in accounting and was an honours graduate from a well-known university. For several months he has been searching for employment in the private industry where the CPA designation is not always a requirement. He has been to dozens of unsuccessful interviews. He was fully qualified for these positions, but other applicants who are CPAs were selected to fill the openings.

To improve his chances of finding employment, Tom has decided to declare that he is a CPA in his Curriculum Vitae.

  1. Identify the stakeholders in this case. (Stakeholders are those parties who are ....affected beneficially or negatively.) (3)
  2. Describe the legal and moral issues involved in this situation. (3)
  3. Assume that Tom has been hired by a new employer who is unaware that Tom has falsified his CPA credential. Tom's performance is outstanding, and he has contributed many profit-improving suggestions. Now Tom is being considered for promotion. Should he continue to deceive his employer? (4)
