Corporate Finance Assignment 2 1. Consider any 2 Listed Companies pertaining to different sectors and determine their capital structure for the last 3 financial years and comment on the factors that you think influence such a structure. 2. Consider any 2 Listed Companies pertaining to same sector and determine their operating cycle ( assuming all sales to be credit sales and work in progress if any, to contain 50% of raw materials ). You are required to compare the operating cycle and analyze its impact on profitability. 3. Consider any 4 Listed Companies and analyze their Dividend pattern over the past 5 years and provide a comment on their Dividend Policy. 4. Compute the Cost of Equity of any 1 listed dividend paying company using Dividend Discount Model and 1 listed non dividend paying company using Earnings model. (Consider Dividend and Earnings Growth based on last three years average).
