hi please write me email to my manager and director recommending termination of the consulting engineers services as he is failing to act at the best interest of the municipality and failing to supervise the contractor. the project status quo is not sertisfactory and quality of work is questionable as evidence the defects are starting to show. the engineer is needed for his technical expertise and support the contractor and his Resident engineer on site,however that is not done. the municipalities reputation is also at stake
