What is mine is yours'. Bob paid 80% of the purchase price; Ally paid 20%. Ownership of the fee simple in the Land was registered to both Ally & Bob 'as joint tenants' on the CT. By 2020, the value of the Land has sky rocketed. During the COVID lockdowns, Ally & Bob had a falling out. Bob & Ally refused to communicate to each other; they blocked each other from their social media profiles. On their social media profiles, both advertised the sale of their share in the Perth House (e.g., 'Buy Ally's half share in the Perth House' & 'Great offer on Bob's 50% interest in the Perth House'). While in negotiations with potential buyers, Ally suddenly passed away. By her will, she left her property to her estranged son, Buster.
