Hi there, Does general people have limited access to Nationa Software Reference Library $($NSRL$)$ content? I have read it somewhere where it says limited access to all NSRL library content for public but not for governments, but can't find it$?$ Does quarterly update limits access for general people $($all people none government agencies$)?$ please provide references. thanks
