I am doing a international eco unit and need help to understand my assignment. The assignment task is to outline a trade policy proposal. I have to advise the U.S about what trade policy should be implemented and why. This trade proposal is theoretical/conceptual in nature. It can be concerned about both the overall economic welfare of the United States and the distribution of income and should not be concerned about either the political or diplomatic implications of this advice.
