I have an essay question which is 'Analyse the leadership example in respect of ethics using two concepts drawn from Block 5'. I've chosen Lush as my topic. I've written the essay but it seems very jumpy and not particularly well structured and I feel that certain parts are missing evidence etc. This is a critical analysis essay and therefore the marking is very strict and particular. The concepts I have chosen are Carol gilligan's theory of care ethics and Debra Meyerson's 4 principles of tempered radical for this essay. I'll link some information sources below.

Basically I really need help with an essay plan so that I know I haven't missed anything and have covered the theories in full.
