After signing for a Health treaty, the Commonwealth Government introduced the Healthy Aussie Bill 2020 (Cth) into Parliament. However, the Western Australian government objects to the Healthy Aussie Bill as the deem public health to be a State responsibility. Advice the Western ' ustralia government as to the conceivable grounds for a constituitional challenge to the Bill and whether a challenge would be likely to succeed
