So I have a couple of questions relating to law and it would be highly appreciated if you could please answer them. The questions are all hypothetically based questions.

1. The registration requirements of both incorporation under the Corporations Act 2001(Cth) and the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act)? Which do you recommend and why? Is a constitution required to register for both? (Note please use relevant case law and legislation in your answers).

2. How will reporting obligations differ for an individual under both types of Corporations? Which regulatory authorities will an individual deal with and do their expectations in relation to corporate reporting differ? (Note please use relevant case law and legislation in your answers and any other scholarly resources ie reports).

3. Will an individual's role as a director for each type of corporation differ much? What are her duties likely to involve as a director of an Indigenous Corporation or Corporation in accordance with the Corporations Act? (Note please use relevant case law and legislation in your answers).
