Hi, this is my question "Using F.R.C.P. as your guide, please explain the different requirements for serving a summons, subpoena, or complaint as opposed to serving pleadings and other documents such as motions." i answered the first half of it but im stuck on which rule would apply to serving pleadings an other documents such as motions? would it be Rule 5,7, or 12? and why
