This course is delivered by coursera, week 1, of Mathematics for Machine Learning - PCA.

The def mean(X) is scored as 0, So it looks like the function is not correct. Based on the results, im guessing the return array is a vector with the wrong values, as the auto-scoring system is not scoring this answer as right.
